This Excessive Worry, Stress and Anxiety Workshop will cover accessible psychological methods based in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and will aim to inform but also to help you reflect and understand your unique Stress and Anxiety experiences.

Along side learning and guidance, you will be introduced to Worry, Stress and Anxiety reducing practices that can support your daily management.

This public workshop is delivered as an educational and accessible self-care recommendation, not as group therapy.

Self-Esteem, Confidence and Assertiveness Workshop

The Self-esteem workshop provides psychological principles and practical guidance to help you build up your self-esteem. These Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) methods require understanding, practice and commitment.

You will learn which behavious are self-esteem depleting and how to replace them with ones that will help build your esteem. If you feel that you are ready to embrace this personal change, book your spot and come to learn more.
