Individual Psychological Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing)

Individual psychological therapy, as well as EMDR, involve one-to-one confidential sessions between client and therapist. By the use of psychological methods the goal is to help a person change and overcome personal problems in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental way.

Some individuals might need help coping with a serious illness, losing/putting on weight, coping with relationship troubles, job loss, stress, panic or other issues.
