Welcome to my practice!
I provide individual psychological therapy to adults over 18 years of age. Based in Malta you can receive the highest quality psychological support and therapy.
Psychological therapy, is a highly respectful, confidential service that aims to promote individuals' happiness and wellbeing. Working therapeutically with people experiencing psychological distress is the central focus of my practice here on the Maltese islands, Europe. If you are currently in the midst of a bad period, please reach out as I am here to help you pass through rough patches.
I am a chartered, professionally accredited and insured Doctor in Counselling Psychology (DPsych HCPC UK) working with self-referred and insurance supported individuals.

Apart from psychological therapy to individuals, I also provide clinical supervision to other therapists and social care professionals. I work with psychological issues such as: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, low self-esteem, assertiveness, relational problems, adaptation to chronic health conditions or life transitions among others.
